  • 12 x rashers streaky/back bacon
  • 6 x crumpets

Directions

  1. Heat some butter in a pan and fry the Large eggs.
  2. Grill the bacon till crispy then drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Toast the crumpets and slather with butter. Top with egg and bacon and serve at once.
  4. Serves 6
