Ingredients
- 1 c. All green asparagus
- 1 sm Carton lowfat sour cream Paprika
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice; heat, but don't boil, asparagus. Drain asparagus. Heat, but don't boil, lowfat sour cream mix.
- Place liquid removed asparagus in casserole dish; pour the lowfat sour cream mix over it.
- Turn on broiler and run the asparagus in and leave till bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika lightly before serving.
