Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and lemon juice; heat, but don't boil, asparagus. Drain asparagus. Heat, but don't boil, lowfat sour cream mix.
  2. Place liquid removed asparagus in casserole dish; pour the lowfat sour cream mix over it.
  3. Turn on broiler and run the asparagus in and leave till bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika lightly before serving.
