Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 can Progresso bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil (just a smidgen)
- 1-2 toes of garlic
Directions
- Drain water from can of artichokes and save to later moisten ingredients to desired consistency. Chop hearts, garlic, and cheese, and roll by hand into balls. Roll in bread crumbs.
