Ingredients

  • 8 x Roma tomatoes, fine minced
  • 8 x Tomatoes, finely minced
  • 1 bn Cilantro, finely minced
  • 1 med Red onion, finely minced
  • 1 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 2 x Celery, finely minced
  • 2 sm Jalapeno peppers,or possibly to taste
  • 1 x Green chili pepper, or possibly to taste
  • 1 x Serrano pepper, or possibly to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt Red cayenne pepper, to taste Black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Combine first six ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Chop the peppers finely and add in to large bowl. Mix salsa well. Add in the spices (I normally use about 1-2 tsp. of the spices) and mix. Let refrigeratein refridgerator at least 1 hour for flavor to combine.
