Directions

  1. Preheat a 350 F oven.
  2. Cut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds, then slice into 1/3-inch crescents. Toss with remaining ingredients and place on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 20 min or possibly till the squash is cooked through, but still hard. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
