December 8, 2010Re: response to your comment to me on 12/4. You have the most important attribute to being a good chef...passion to cook. "Don't know how to do it yet" Just follow the recipe carefully the first time, then change it up to suit your personal taste. From NJ....hell, ya gotta be able to cook! Paramus has great restaurants and Jersey lots of Italians (great cooks) I love El Cids and went to a fabulous Portuguese restaurant in Patterson (can't remember the name). Anyway...need any tips, help or suggestions, let me know. Everyone on CES will help out, too. Merry Christmas to you & yours. N
