August 8, 2011Hello, Robert - I'm going way out on a limb here, and guessing your are somewhere in Dixie. I am a huge fan of what I would call traditional American food, having spent many youthful summers deep in a holler in the West Virginia hills and enormous amounts of adult time in New Orleans and the Dallas-Ft.
