  1. Pre cooked the shrimps and set aside.
  2. *Heat a wok.
  3. * Add the corn oil and egg cooked until done.
  4. * Pour the cooked shrimps, steamed rice ,onion and tomato.
  5. *Season with oyster sauce ,salt , pepper ,and sugar.
  6. *Add the spring onion .
  7. *Remove to the dish

    Try adding shredded Crab meat and sauteed Razor Clams to this as well.
    Perhaps the small totally edible Asian crab eaten whole (?) as a side dish?
