I am a 65year old South African married with 2 boys, one in South Africa and one in England whose wife Liv is embarking on a catering career . I love food and cooking
and try my hand at various cusines , not always successfully but have loads of fun, love Greek ,Thai, Middle Eastern. I try to do one new recipe each week. The South African influence comes through quite strongly with my own creations and I hope to share some with you soon.Food cooked for the outdoors over wood fires Thats Africa ,
As I get older my palate is changing, not so spicy any longer but plainer dishes,still love experimenting
