About me

I am a personal/private chef from France (Nancy, Eastern part) where I grew up. My parents emigrated from Italy with my grandparents so my cuisine is an influence of Italy and France but also a mixture of Mediterranean flavors, always focusing on health and nutrition. I am currently living in San Francisco where I truly enjoy the diversity of its population and its multi-cultural cuisines (and also availability of so many kinds of imported products and exotic specialties).

yes, it is time consuming, but I've found it very easy to copy and paste on this site, so that's what I've been doing. I'm going to post a few recipes each day until I have all the ones from my blog on this site. Then I'll just keep it up, along with FB.
