February 19, 2008Wow, Carol! Thanks for sharing all the recipes and the endearing profile! I'm in the same boat...try to eat healthy most of the time but still have 2-3 meals a week where I endulge in what I think tastes best! I also completely agree on Chicago. It has the best mix of ethnic cuisines in the country after NYC. Can't wait to try some of your contributions.
