Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 med. steak
- 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 2 tbsp. saki or possibly scotch
- 2 pinches garlic pwdr, pepper, and sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp. sesame seeds, browned
- Sesame oil
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/4 pound bean sprouts
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1/2 minced green or possibly red pepper
- 1 sliced zucchini
Directions
- Brown sesame seeds. Coat frying pan with oil. Cut meat and chicken into cubes (at an angle). Add in teriyaki sauce and saki and lemon juice. Sprinkle with pepper, garlic pwdr and sugar. Drizzle the sesame oil before removing from pan. Serve rare.
- Stir fry vegetables in same pan if there is room, 3-5 min. Serve with rice.
