Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. corn meal
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- Grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 4 Large eggs
Directions
- Mix sugar, corn meal and flour. Add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in melted butter, lowfat milk, lemon juice and rind; mix well. Pour into an unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cold and serve.
