Ingredients

  • 6-8 c. torn greens, spinach, or possibly red leaf lettuce
  • 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 2 ounce. slivered almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Combine greens and onions. Just before serving mix and toss with Sweet-Sour Dressing. Arrange on salad plates with mandarin oranges and sprinkle almonds on top.
