Ingredients
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. onion slices
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon each dry oregano and thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add in meat of your choice, mixing well to coat proportionately. Cover and chill for 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Drain marinade. Cook meat to desired doneness, basting occasionally with marinade.
