We had an early St. Patrick's Day party this year. We scoured the best looking recipes from throughout the web and various cookbooks. The ones we came up with were winners! The recipes and the reviews of our guests are shared below. Enjoy!

Recipes

Main dish

We served two main dishes, one seafood and one meat, as is the liking of most good Irish folk. Both were traditional and excellent, and they complemented each other.

Side dishes

Champ is a nice Irish potato side dish. The green onions in it really complemented the Salmon & Leeks, and went well with the Stew too.

Desserts

We had two wonderful desserts, a traditional Irish Apple Cake and a decadent chocolate stout cake. We served both with Irish Whiskey Whipped Cream. A perfect way to cap off the night!

Helpful Tips

This was a super fun party. Try at least some of these recipes, and make sure you have plenty of Guinness and Harp to go around!

You can'r beat a good corned beef/cabbage meal anytime no matter what the season or the reason...
