Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak
  • 1 x Onion, sliced into rings Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 x Lemon, juice of
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream Lemon wedges

Directions

  1. Broil sirloin 9 min on each side. Slice paper-thin with electric knife.
  2. Put beef in bowl, top with onion rings & add in salt, pepper & lemon juice.
  3. Stir in 1 c. lowfat sour cream. Refrigerateovernight. Fix platter of lettuce & heap beef in middle. Garnish with lemon wedges & serve cool with toothpicks.
  4. TIME INCLUDES OVERNIGHT MARINATE
