  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. Hersheys Cocoa, divided
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. minced nuts
  • 2 c. (12 ounce. pkg.) Hersheys semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs, 1/4 c. cocoa, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
  2. In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed lowfat milk, flour, remaining 1/4 c. cocoa, egg, vanilla and baking pwdr. Stir in nuts. Spread proportionately over prepared crust; top with chips. Bake 20 to 25 min or possibly till set. Cold; cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
