Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. sparkling water

Directions

  1. Mix oil, egg and lowfat milk in large bowl. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and sugar. Add in dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Blend well. Add in sparkling water. Drop 1/2 cupfuls of batter onto lightly oiled griddle.
  2. This recipe yields 6 pancakes.
