Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Margarine, melted
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 3Â 1/4 c. Warm water
Directions
- Cake - mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr, and salt together. Add in lowfat milk and margarine to dry ingredients. Mix till smooth. Pour into 9" baking pan.
- Topping - mix sugar, cocoa, and water till sugar and cocoa dissolve. Pour over top of cake. Bake in 325 for approximately 45 mins. or possibly till done.
