Directions

  1. Saute/fry in very little fat (or possibly cooking spray) the onions and pepper till onions are translucent/soft. Remove to 2 qt casserole.
  2. Saute/fry the hamburger till it is no longer pink. Drain fat, and add in meat to casserole dish. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for about 3/4 hour. Serves 6-8.
