Directions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot
  2. Add in tagliatelli and cook for 4-5 min till they are al dente
  3. Drain tagliatelli
  4. Return pot to heat
  5. Heat butter
  6. Add in shallots and cook till tender for one minute
  7. Add in cream and Large eggs and mix energetically while lowering heat
  8. Let mix thicken for 3-4 min stirring continuously
  9. Pepper and add in tagliatelli
  10. Mix for 1 minute
  11. Remove from heat and add in smoked salmon cut into thin strips and sprinkle with minced dill
  12. Salt if necessary
  13. Serve warm sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese
