  1. Mix together.
  2. Mash avocado with fork and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice and mix. On a large round plate layer as follows:
  3. Spread refried beans on bottom, follow with mashed avocado, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix, green onions, tomato and Cheddar cheese.
  4. Looks pretty and is delicious with your favorite chips or possibly crackers.
