Ingredients
- 4 med sweet potatoes
- Â Â peeled and sliced 1/4" thick
- 6 Tbsp. frzn pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly margarine
Directions
- PREHEAT OVEN to 400 F. Lightly oil a 10- by 12-inch ovenproof dish.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients till well coated. Layer slices in dish. Cover with foil and bake till tender, 25 to 30 min. Serve hot.
