Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked and cooled shell pasta
- 16 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 pch Salt
- 4 x Cucumbers, peeled and sliced as thin as possible
Directions
- Mix lowfat sour cream, pepper, salt and sugar together. Place cooled pasta and sliced cucumbers into a large bowl. Pour dressing over and gently mix.
- Serve or possibly chill.
