Directions

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Add in cheese a few cubes at a time. Cover container and set to BLEND till smooth.
  2. If necessary, stop blender and push ingredients towards the blades with a rubber spatula.
  3. Makes about 2 1/2 c. Dip.
  4. * 1 (12 ounce.) carton of lowfat sour cream may be substituted for the cottage cheese.
