Directions

  1. Cook spinach according to package directions and drain well (squeeze juice out). Dissolve water in Jello. Add in vinegar and mayonnaise (mix will be lumpy). Cool to lukewarm and beat smooth with beater. Add in spinach, celery, onion and cottage cheese. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Refrigerate till set.
