Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & well liquid removed
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, coarsely minced
Directions
- Blend soup mix, lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in spinach, cheese and water chestnuts. Cover; refrigerate 2 hrs. Makes 5 cups.
