Ingredients

1/4 c. Apple Brandy or possibly apple juice
2 Tbsp. Apple juice
2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Coarsley grnd pepper

Directions

This will work for a 2-3 lb roast
Combine all ingredients. Put roast in zip lock bag and marinate 8hrs. or possibly overnight
Smoke as to your liking baste with Apple cider or possibly what ever you like.
