Ingredients
- 1 jar apple butter, (1lb, 13 0z, about 2 -2/3 c.)
- 1/4 c. Apple Brandy or possibly apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Coarsley grnd pepper
Directions
- This will work for a 2-3 lb roast
- Combine all ingredients. Put roast in zip lock bag and marinate 8hrs. or possibly overnight
- Smoke as to your liking baste with Apple cider or possibly what ever you like.
