Directions

  1. Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with cheese, dressing and warm sauce. Add in crumbled tortilla chips and sliced avocado. NOTE - reserve some tomato, chips and avocado slices for decoration at end.
  2. In a skillet, brown beef; add in kidney beans and salt. Simmer 10 min. Add in beef and bean mix to cool salad and mix. Decorate top with reserved tomato, chips and avocado. Serve - pronto!
