Ingredients
- 1/2 c. green pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. celery, minced
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 (#2) can tomatoes
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 sm. pkg. noodles
Directions
- Brown beef, pepper, celery, onions. Add in tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 45 min. Add in corn. Cook 10 min longer. Cook and drain and rinse noodles. Place a layer of noodles in a casserole dish and layer above mix, then a layer of sliced cheese and then another layer, same as above. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
