  • 1/2 c. sourdough starter
  • 1 c. canned lowfat milk
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 to 2 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/3 c. oil

Directions

  1. Combine starter, lowfat milk, water and flour. Mix and leave at room temperature overnight. Next day add in rest of ingredients. Mix gently, do no beat. Bake in warm waffle iron. Makes 3 large square waffles.
