Add a photoEasy baked potatoes. You can place your potatoes in the solar oven and do something else.
Ingredients
- 4 to 6 baking potatoes, depending on size
Directions
- Prick each potato several times with a fork and wrap with foil. You can also roast them without the foil.
- Place in dark enameled roaster with lid and place in solar cooker. The potatoes will be done in about 1.5 to 2 hours.
