Simple Old Fashioned Biscuits Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuits (10 in a can)
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla flavor

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook biscuits in advance or possibly use leftovers.
  3. Soak biscuits in lowfat milk till they have softened, mash your biscuits up in a bowl. Add in sugar, butter, vanilla, then Large eggs.
  4. Stir well till it looks like crumbs; not too soupy.
  5. Bake for a least 15 mintues or possibly less - just till brown on top.
