  1. Sift first three dry ingredients; cream butter, sugar, Large eggs and extract.
  2. Add in chocolate. Add in dry ingredients alternately with lowfat milk. Divide dough in half. Cover tightly and refrigeratefor 2 hrs. Shape in 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min on greased cookie sheet.
