Shrimp Dejonghe Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Shrimp
  • 1 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs, bacon flavored
  • 2/3 c. Butter, unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp. Chives, fresh, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd

Directions

  1. Be sure to buy any variety of bacon flavored crackers.
  2. Crush them into fine crumbs.
  3. Heat butter and add in the chives, garlic and pepper.
  4. Dip shrimp into this butter mix and then coat with the crumbs.
  5. Place in baking dish.
  6. Add in remaining crumbs into the butter mix.
  7. Pour butter and crumb mix over top of shrimp.
  8. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
