Directions

  1. Mix together first 7 ingredients for marinade and place in a glass dish or possibly resealable plastic bag big sufficient to hold fish. Pat salmon steaks dry and place in marinade, turning to coat well. Chill up to 1 hour while you start the fire.
  2. When fire is warm, take fish from marinade and place directly on oiled grill grate. Cook about 5 min per side, till fish is done to your taste.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
