1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk or possibly cream
Â Â Chilled carbonated water
1 lrg Scoop chocolate or possibly vanilla ice cream

Directions

Place syrup, lowfat milk and 1/2 c. carbonated water in the bottom of a 10-oz glass and stir well. Add in ice cream and stir gently while filling the glass with carbonated water.
Yield: Serves 1
