1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. fat or possibly vegetable oil
Mushroom gravy (below)

Directions

Combine meat, pepper and salt. Shape into 3 or possibly 4 plump oval patties. Pan fry in warm fat in a skillet or possibly broil 4-6 min on each side. Serve with mushroom gravy.
