1 env. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. water
1 c. whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Strawberries
1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream

Directions

In a small pan blend together the sugar and gelatin. Add in water and mix well; let stand about 5 min, then bring to a full rolling boil, stirring. Remove sugar mix from heat and pour in the whipping cream.
