Ingredients
- 1 pkt Chicken Rice-A-Roni
- 4 x Minced green onions
- 1/2 x Minced green pepper
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, (7 ounce.) with marinade
- 1 can Pitted black olives, sliced
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
Directions
- Cook rice according to directions. Cold slightly. Toss in liquid removed artichokes, minced, onions, peppers, and olives. Blend artichoke juice, mayo, lowfat sour cream and curry pwdr. Add in to rice, toss to mix well. Refrigerateovernight and serve. You can add in chicken or possibly shrimp for a main dish salad.
