Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flaxseed
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 x garlic clove, crushed
Directions
- Place the flaxseed in a clean coffee grinder or possibly blender and process till finely grnd. Place flaxseed meal in a medium bowl; add in water, stirring with a whisk. Let stand 5 min. Add in vinegar and remaining ingredients; stir with a whisk.
- Yield: 1/2 c.
- Note: Introduce flaxseed gradually into your diet. It is a strong and harsh laxative if you are not careful with it. Your body should adapt to it shortly.
