• 1 1/2 Tbsp. orange zest grated or possibly grapefruit zest
• 1/4 c. honey
• 3 Tbsp. butter
• 1 whl egg
• 1 x egg yolk
• 1 c. water plus
• 1 Tbsp. water
• 1/3 c. sliced almonds
