Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (6 ounce.) can concentrated orange juice, thawed (not diluted)
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
Directions
- Beat cream cheese till smooth. Add in orange juice, lowfat milk, sugar and salt; beat till smooth. Stir in pecans. Chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight to blend flavors. Remove from refrigerator an hour before serving to soften. Use on fruit salad.
