Ingredients
- 1 x pheasant cut up
- Â Â Flour for dusting
- Â Â Butter as needed
- 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. water
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Â Â A few drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 x bay leaves
- 1 dsh sweet basil
- 1 dsh rosemary
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Directions
- Dust pcs of pheasant with flour and brown in butter.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and water. Add in remaining ingredients to lowfat sour cream mix.
- Pour lowfat sour cream mix in a covered roaster and add in pheasant. Bake at 325 degrees for several hrs or possibly till tender.
