Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 c. lowfat milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon baking soda
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Powdered sugar (to roll in)
1 (11 ounce) pkg. chocolate Kisses

Directions

Sift flour, soda, salt; work into dough.Shape in 1" balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8 min.
Take out of oven, place Kisses on top and bake an additional 3 min.
