  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease a 9"x5" loaf pan. In a mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter, honey, oil, Large eggs, carrots and bananas. Add in lowfat milk, spices, vanilla, salt, baking pwdr, baking soda and flour. Blend together well. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till a toothpick comes out clean. Cold on a wire rack.
