  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. peaches, diced and liquid removed

Directions

  1. Mix Large eggs, sugar, lowfat milk, oil, baking pwdr, salt and flour together. Beat for 2 min. Divide into 36 paper-lined muffin tins.
