Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell or possibly graham cracker crust
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. white Karo syrup
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. peach or possibly strawberry Jello
Directions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, Karo syrup and water. Cook till thick and clear. Add in Jello. Stir till Jello is dissolved, then cold. Slice peaches or possibly strawberries into cooled pie shell and cover with the following. Chill. Cover with whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip.
